- Article 2: Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed with the company Groupe Giopepe on its website accessible at the following address: www.express-wine.com which is an integral part of the contract between the Customer and Groupe Giopepe.
Groupe Giopepe reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by publishing a new version on its website. The applicable GTC then are those in force at the date of payment of the order. Groupe Giopepe also makes sure that their acceptance is clear and unreserved by setting up a checkbox and a validation click.
The Customer declares that he has read all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and accepts them without restriction or reservation. The Customer acknowledges that it has benefited from the necessary advice and information to ensure that the offer meets its needs.
The Customer declares to be of legal age to purchase alcohol and to be in a position to contract legally under French law or to validly represent the natural or legal person for which he or she is committing himself or herself. In the absence of proof to the contrary, the information recorded by Groupe Giopepe constitutes proof of all transactions.
- Article 3: Price information
The prices of the products indicated on the product sheets of the Site are indicated in euros, excluding taxes and/or all taxes included, excluding delivery charges. The applicable delivery charges for products ordered on the site are shown on the “Delivery” page.
- Article 4: Orders
After placing the order the Customer will receive an order confirmation email. Groupe Giopepe reserves the right not to validate the order for any legitimate reason, in particular in the event that :
– it does not comply with these GTC
– one of your previous orders would not have been paid in full when due.
- Article 5: Terms of payment
Payment is due immediately upon order and in full. The Customer can make the payment by credit card, Paypal or by bank transfer to the following references:

By communicating his banking information at the time of the sale, the Customer authorizes Groupe Giopepe to debit his card for the amount relative to the price indicated. The Customer confirms that he is the legal holder of the card to be debited and that he is legally entitled to use it. In the event of an error, or if it is impossible to debit the card, the Sale is immediately cancelled by operation of law and the order is cancelled.
- Article 6: Terms of delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated at the time of the order. Groupe Giopepe undertakes to deliver the products within a maximum of 15 working days from receipt of full payment of the order. The Customer undertakes to transmit, when placing an order, an exact and complete delivery address and any element to facilitate the delivery, in particular the intercom, the door code and the building if necessary. Otherwise, Groupe Giopepe cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery. In case of absence, your package may be dropped off at a relay point near the delivery address.
All our packages are insured against breakage, loss and theft. It is up to the recipient to check the condition of the goods upon delivery and to note any breakage or damage on the delivery slip.
- Article 7: Withdrawal period
The Customer has a period of 14 clear days from receipt of his order to use his right of withdrawal. The customer must inform the sales department in writing (e-mail or letter) of his decision before returning the goods, in their original packaging and in strictly identical condition. Once the retraction has been transmitted, a new period of 14 days is allotted to the customer in order to return the unwanted products. Upon receipt of the goods, Giopepe Group undertakes to reimburse the customer within 7 working days of the totality of the sums paid, including delivery costs, with the exception of the return costs, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
- Article 8 : Availability
Orders will be processed within the limits of our available stocks. In the event of unavailability of an article, the Customer will be immediately informed and the order of this article can be cancelled on simple request. The Customer may then request a credit note for the amount of his order or its reimbursement.
- Article 9: Retention of title clause
All goods remain the property of the Groupe Giopepe wherever they are until full payment of all outstanding invoices.
- Article 10: Claims
If necessary, the Client may submit any claim by contacting us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Article 11: Intellectual property rights
Trademarks, domain names, databases, images, texts or more generally any information subject to intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of the Groupe Giopepe. No transfer of intellectual property rights is made through these GTC. Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of these goods for any reason whatsoever is strictly prohibited.
- Article 12: Force majeure
Groupe Giopepe cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of one of its obligations arising from the sales contract if this non-performance is linked to the occurrence of an event of force majeure.
In accordance with the “Loi Informatique et Libertés” of January 6, 1978, you have the rights of questioning, access, modification, opposition and correction on the personal data concerning you. By adhering to these terms and conditions, you consent to the collection and use of this data by us for the performance of this contract. Giopepe Group does not sell or rent customer data.
